Innumerables movimientos de tierra, escombros y chatarras, incesantes coreografías de todo tipo de maquinarias para la construcción y errantes cooperativistas, dieron forma a un parque de aproximadamente una manzana de extensión. ¿Tierra virgen? Antrópolis fue un trazado sobre otro –como todo Tecnópolis-, aquel que fuera una de las sedes de la Compañía de Arsenal 601 y del Batallón de Artillería Logística 10, también centro clandestino de detención en la última dictadura militar. Antrópolis fue un parque en los suburbios de la ciudad tecnológica del bicentenario argentino, su destierro. Una de sus capas geológicas, la más cercana. Un espacio construido con mobiliario urbano y el descarte de la obra general de Tecnópolis.

Uncountable movements of soil, rubble and debris; continuous choreographies performed by construction machinery of every kind, and wandering cooperativists: all that gave shape to a park of around one block in size. Virgin land? Antrópolis was drawn up on top of something else —just as all of Tecnópolis. Before, the place had been one of the branches of the 601 Arsenal Company and the 10 Logistic Artillery Battalion —which also worked as clandestine detention center during the last military dictatorship. Antrópolis was a park located in the suburbs of the technological city for the Argentinean bicentennial —its exile. One of its geological layers, the closest one; a space built with urban furniture and the waste of Tecnópolis’s main works.
